The 54th annual Visual Elements “A New Beginning” Juried Exhibition opened Sept.10 and will run till Nov. 5 at the new City of Woodstock, On. Art Gallery, located in a beautifully renovated early 20th century bank building. Of the two entries I submitted, my painting “Robyn in Eden” gained entry. The show was beautifully mounted and the artists were treated most professionally by the gallery staff and the show committee.
I had the pleasure of attending the opening with Bronwyn Stanley-Jones a classmate from OCAD ‘back in the day’, as they say. Much to our surprise and pleasure we ran into Linda Trowell (Haycock) also a former OCAD classmate.
